#1. Beef dripping
1) Toss chips through it before plating up with a steak. It also melts well into steak sauces.
2) Melt and strain, then add to sherry vinegar and parsley for a great dressing to use with mackerel on green leaves.
3) Devil leftover meat for a wintry High Tea by melting beef dripping and browning meat. Add mustard, ketchup,
Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley, then serve on hot buttered breakfast muffins. Proper food.
