#1. Beef dripping
Beef dripping is great for adding meaty depth to sides for a roast or putting in places where you wouldn't think a meat-based product would work. Check out these tips for inspiration in using this under-valued ingredient and definitely DO try this at home. Just don't tell any vegetarians...
1) Toss chips through it before plating up with a steak. It also melts well into steak sauces.
2) Melt and strain, then add to sherry vinegar and parsley for a great dressing to use with mackerel on green leaves.
3) Devil leftover meat for a wintry High Tea by melting beef dripping and browning meat. Add mustard, ketchup,
